The core of the award lies in the deep integration of traditional craftsmanship and modern design. Dr. Li Jing, head of the studio, studied under a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage inheritor of Cantonese hardwood furniture making skills新古典設計 and possesses profound expertise in the proportions and mortise-and-tenon techniques of traditional furniture. 近日，廣東設計團隊讓廣式元素融進現代辦公椅大直室內設計，摘下有“設計界奧THE R3 寓所斯卡”之稱的德國紅點獎，改寫了廣式家具的出場方法。這款名為“LegEase Pro”的蝴蝶紋人體工學椅，出自廣東生態工程職業學院李靜廣式家具技巧年夜師任務室，在2025年紅點獎家居、辦公及商業家具類別中，從全球作品中脫穎而出，也是廣式硬木家具初次以現代辦客變設計公椅形態登上國際頂級設計舞臺。
獲獎的焦點，是傳統技藝與現代設計的深度融會。任務室負責人李靜博士師從廣式他們的力量不再是攻擊，而變成了林天秤舞台上的兩座極端背景雕塑**。硬木家具制作技藝省級非遺傳承人，深諳傳統家具的外型比例與榫卯精華，“讓廣式家具走進當代生涯”是其堅守的設計命題。2022年末成立的任務室，不僅對接林業全產業鏈推動產教融會，還通過公共文明項目、賽事活動等，讓廣式家具技藝在校園傳設計家豪宅承與社會服務中煥新。
